WF Drone Services is a 100% Australian owned & operated business, who are diversely experienced in many different fields including the Heavy Industrial, Rail, Mining, Water & Wastewater industries. With past experience from companies such as ONESTEEL, ITW, PWCS, ARTC, Hunter Water, Macquarie Engineers & Nepean Power, we can provide services for most situations in the Drone Industry.
We are currently an Authorised Autel Robotics Sub-Dealer in New South Wales, Australia.
About Us
Originating in the Maitland area 10 years ago, our experience with Drones, & Drone Technologies came about with building, testing & flying the latest Drone products on the market from flight controllers, cameras, Tx's, Rx's & much, much more.
Our fleet has been built & upgraded over years of flying & testing locally for mainly recreational purposes.
Our range of Drones, include the latest products from DJI, as well as modified Delta Wings, V-Tails, & Normal winged planes. Most of our fleet are Delta wings as they are very stable, & a great platform for all external devices to be mounted.
Have AROC, REPL 25kg Unrestricted, NVLOS & have over 5 hours on the DJI M600 Pro, M300 RTK, M30T, Phantom 4 RTK, Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual Thermal, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic Pro & many more.
Have Used DJI Go 4, Lightbridge 2 apps, Mission Planner, Betaflight, Cleanflight, PIX4D, Dronedeploy, DJI Terra & AVCRM to name a few.
We are currently a Sub-Dealer with Autel Robotics specialising in the latest Enterprise range.

Aerial Photography
If you want any quality aerial photographs/Video, for the wall, or just to add to your photo album, we can accommodate to your every needs.
Real Estate
When looking for aerial views of your property, we can provide quality aerial photographs/Video for any property whether large or small to add to your current collection.
Inspections
Our Drone services can provide you with Electrical/Solar or other inspections which are needed from the air. We provide detailed reports of any problems found.
2D & 3D Modelling
Our Aerial photographs can be used to create 2D & 3D models. We have a very experienced CAD team who are highly accurate & provide DWG, DXF, JPG or PDF files.
Custom Drone Builds
We have been designing, building & testing with all the latest drone technologies for 10 years, so if you need a quad, fixed wing or hexacopter, we can provide a build, to fit any budget.
Mining
After taking aerial pictures, we use these with the latest mining software on the market to accurately provide GIS data, tonnages, inspections, $price etc. for your mine. A detailed report & mine data at your fingertips can become invaluable.
Emergency Search & Rescue
Call us if you need a drone up in the air to find a lost person, animal, piece of equipment on a large property or for general SES situations for fires etc. We can get the approval if needed.
Thermal Imaging
Call us if you need any Thermal aerial shots of structures, or finding that hard to see lost person or animal. Using the latest software we can provide the best results & can save you time & money.
Environmental Monitoring & Studies
If you need any Environmental Monitoring of Rivers & Floods, Coastal Beaches, Terrain & Hydrology, Forestry, Animal & Habitat, or Poaching & Illegal Activity Monitoring We can get the approval & capture what is needed.
Drone Repairs
Any drone repairs, give us a call & we can find a way to get your drone back in the air. We have experience with Cleanflight, Betaflight, Mission Planner, MAV Link, Drone Deploy & heaps of others. Repairing DJI drones are my specialty.
Lidar Surveys
If you need any Lidar data we can arrange to Capture it for your site large or small with the M600 Pro with latest Lidar camera on the market.

Our Fleet
WF Drone Services fleet:
DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise RTK
The Mavic 3 Enterprise RTK is great for accurate 2D mapping & 3D Modelling. Used with an RTK base station & Rover or GNSS Correction Service, it is the perfect combination. Battery time is 45 minutes.
DJI Mavic 2 Pro
The Mavic Pro 2 is great for any drone service, & with it's 1" camera provides detailed 4k Video & Spectacular images. Battery time is 31 minutes.
Volantex Ranger 1600 (Modified)
The Ranger has been modified with 4k image capabilities, & is great for Search & Rescue, & Medium Range mapping. It glides very well & battery time is around 55 minutes.
FX-61 Phantom (Modified)
The Phantom is a Delta Wing modified with landing gear, GPS & autonomous capabilities, & is great for Search & Rescue, & Medium Range mapping. This is a slow flyer, & has 4k image capabilities.
Battery time is 32 minutes.
DJI M300 RTK
This drone is one of the latest DJI Drone technologies on the market & works very well for Accurate mapping & Thermal with its H20T Thermal camera. Has exceptional flight time for any job.
GNSS Mobile Station or Receiver Correction
We use either a GNSS Base or Base & Rover for RTK. We also use PPK.
